I seriously do not know why people are panicking over the recent FTC Guidelines which states that people who leave testimonials have to justify their claims etc. Personally, I think if you are an honest marketer and have confidence in your products why would you worry about testimonials anyway? I personally do not rely on testimonials – never have and never will.
